BodyRock Sweatography: The Road to Recovery

Inspirational BodyRocker: Victoria Just recently I have come forward with an eating disorder I developed during competition prep for my first NPC bikini show. I got swallowed whole by the so called "healthy" sport and was feeling hopeless and depressed trying to find a balance. 30 days ago I decided to stop the excessive exercise 6 days a week, 2 hours each time. And the 1300-1600 calorie a day high protein low carb diet. I did a 30 day challenge and try to eat by colors not by calories. I'm able to have a healthy relationship with exercise now thanks to you from the bottom of my heart for being a contributing factor to my journey to a fit lifestyle. The left is a sad girl struggling during contest prep. The right is a girl on the road to happiness 10013783_10201756692987443_1070343050_n It's so incredibly important to remember that unhealthy habits don't always involve gaining weight.
