These pictures are taken hours apart as you can see I am wearing the same leggings and sweatshirt. This was the effect of eating pasta it happens with other foods especially eating out. To avoid this discomfort I must cook all my meals controlling what goes into my body to prevent damage. It is very important to take awareness that the reason your stomach bloats is because your intestines have inflation. More then just the way you look it's it's your health. We must learn how to be aware of what our body is telling us.
The damage is inflammation of the intestine caused by intolerable food intake.
Here is part of a interesting article about Crohn's that helps you understand the bloating effect. It honestly all comes down to having a healthy balance diet to prevent flares. It involves bloating diarrhea fatigue and other symptoms that could go unnoticed. I personally only experienced bloating and fatigue.
