2. Floor Push Up & Straight Under Leg - L&R Alternate
Create the push up position while transferring one leg under the body to intensify the move, try to keep the body in a straight line at all times.






3. Lie Floor & Push Up
Drop to the floor, lift the hands and then push your body up into the push up position.


4. 1 Arm Burpee Punch - L&R Alternative
Completing a burpee while using only one arm for stability.
