Boot Camp 30/10 Blast #1

Another week, another challenge! For this challenge, I have designed a different workout for each day the week. All workouts are 12 minutes long, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 6 different sets of exercises you will repeat 3x through. I go through 1 round with you below (or 4 minutes of the workout). Modify where needed and challenge yourself! Go all out for the 30 seconds and try and rest only during the 10 seconds rest and after the 12 minutes are up!


30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeat 3x 1) Burpess 2) Kettlebell Swings 3) High Knee Sprint 4) 3 Pulsing Squats + Press Bar 5) Jump Lunges with Sandbag 6) Push Up + In/Out Ab (I go through one round with you below)
