Boot Camp 30/10 Blast #2

Day 2 of the challenge!! Did you complete Day 1? If not, check it out here! Like yesterday, this workout will be 12 minutes long, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 6 different sets of exercises you will repeat 3x through. I go through 1 round with you below. Modify where needed and challenge yourself where you can! Go all out for the 30 seconds and try and rest only during the 10 seconds rest and after the 12 minutes are up!


30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3x through 1) Power Squats off Bench 2) Decline Push Up with Knee to Elbow 3) Bench Jumps 4) Split Squat Left with Sandbag 5) Split Squat Right with Sandbag 6) Burpee with Tuck Jump ( I go through one time through (4minutes) below).
