Boot Camp 30/10 Blast #4

We are on Day 4! Did you catch Day 1? Check it out here! Did you catch Day 2? Check it out here! Did you catch Day 3? Check it out here! As in the past few days, this workout will be 12 minutes long, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 6 different sets of exercises you will repeat 3x through. I go through 1 round with you below. Modify where needed and challenge yourself where you can! Go all out for the 30 seconds and try and rest only during the 10 seconds rest and after the 12 minutes are up!

EXERCISES

30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3 rounds 1) High Knee Sprint 2) Step Up, Press Up DB LEFT 3) 4 Toe Taps + 1 Bench Jump 4) Step Up, Press Up DB RIGHT 5) 4 Russian Kicks + Push Up 6) Alternating Lateral Lunges with Lateral Raise DB I go through one round (4 minutes) with you below.
