Boot Camp 30/10 Blast #5

Check it out here! By now you know the drill. The workout is 12 minutes long, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 6 different sets of exercises you will repeat 3x through. I go through 1 round with you below. Modify where needed and challenge yourself where you can! Go all out for the 30 seconds and try and rest only during the 10 seconds rest and after the 12 minutes are up!

EXERCISES

30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3 rounds 1) Burpee with Tuck Jump 2) Reverse Lunge + Kick Right + 2 Arm Curl 3) Reverse Lunge + Kick Left + Lateral Raise 4) 3 Hurdle Jumps + Push Up 5) 3 Bent Over Rows + Front Raise 6) High Knee Sprint (I go through one round with you below).
