Breakfast:
Porridge Oats with Almond Milk & Banana & Rasberries - 3 Table Spoons
Lunch:
Apple, Avocado, Tomato, 2 x Poached Eggs, Spinach - Raw Salad
Dinner:
Salmon, Tofu, Sweetcorn, Avocado, Onion, Kale, Broccoli, Raw Mushroom, Olive Oil.
Snacks:
Orange
Drinks:
Water
Green Tea & Peppermint Tea
Coffee - Black
