Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs - (1 Yolk & 3 egg whites)
Oatmeal (3 Table Spoons Full) & Fresh Strawberries - (Made with water)

Quick Lunch:
Banana & Oats Protein Smoothie:
. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup old-fashioned oats 1 banana 1 tbsp natural peanut butter OR 2 tbsp PB2 1 tbsp ground golden flax seed 1 cup ice

Dinner:
Salmon, Spinach, Asparagus, Spring Onion & Tomato Salad.
..Snack:
Handful of Raw Almonds
Coffee with Skimmed Milk
Water:
