We couldn't agree with her more. The model known for her show stopping curves has claimed the top spot on Maxim's Hot 100, and just recently strutted her stuff down the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion show in London. That the squat is her go to move doesn't surprise us - it's the perfect exercise for toning the butt, and it provides a quality lower body movement that also works the legs. The squat in its various forms also is an incredible core targeting exercise, although this often goes under the radar because of the more obvious booty benefits. The Squat is perfect for this type of daily challenge because you can literally bang them out anywhere - you don't need to be at a gym or fitness studio, you don't even need to be in your sweats. Pop off each day all at once or break them down into smaller sets and do them whenever you get a chance. One BodyRocker even added Squats to her bathroom routine - 20 overtime she went for a bathroom break during the day - even at the office! The challenge starts with 50 Squats and adds 5 Squats per day with some rest days scattered throughout.
