Talk about kicking the intensity up a notch! The Single Leg Romanian Deadlift is a great exercise for your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and quads, and you'll find your lower body will be drained after doing this exercise correctly.
For this exercise, instead of using dumbbells (like most people do), you're going to use the cable machine. This will help to load your glutes through the middle and top ranges of the exercise. Dumbbells are most effective on the bottom range (when you're bent over), but the cable forces the glutes to work through a greater range of the exercise.
