Booty Busting Series--Best Exercises to Build that Butt #15: Donkey Kicks
This is a great bodyweight exercise you can do anytime and anyplace, and there's no need for weights. You'll find that the weight of your leg alone will do the job very well, so it's a good movement to add to your routine.
Of course, after a few weeks of regular exercise, you may find that it gets to be too easy. Instead of adding more repetitions, add more weight to the workout. Either use ankle weights or ask for the ankle attachment for the cable machine. It's AMAZING for building that rockin' booty!
