Stand with a straight back, your arms by your side, and your feet spread shoulder width apart. Step your right foot forward into a lunge, and drop your left knee to assume the proper position. Use both legs to propel you off the ground, and switch feet in the air (left foot now forward, right foot back). Hold the position for a 1-count, then jump and switch feet again.
