If you're up for some hardcore lower body workouts, you'll love Single Leg Squats!
The fact that all of your body weight is resting on one leg means that you'll be shredding those quad muscles hard, but your glutes will be forced to work as well. They'll be needed to keep your body stable as you dip into the squat, and you'll feel the burn in no time!
Single Leg Squats
Stand with your feet together, resting about 90% of your weight on your right foot. Extend your arms in front of you to keep your balance.
Lower your body into the squat, only going until you feel your balance beginning to waver. You should aim to squat until your thigh is parallel to the floor, but go as low as you feasibly can without losing your balance.
Your left leg will be in the air as you squat, and extend it in front of you as you dip. DO NOT let it touch the floor, or use it to push back up!
