Romanian Deadlifts are one of the best exercises to hit your hamstrings and glutes--more effective, even, than leg curls. RDLs are probably the most effective hamstring exercises around, as it hits your glutes and hamstrings in a way that leg curls won't. This exercises causes your hip joints to move, ensuring that the strength between your hips and upper legs is balanced. It's one of those exercises you MUST do for wicked buns!
Spread your feet shoulder width apart, and grip your barbell just beyond shoulder width apart. Keep your chest up, curve your lower back slightly, and keep those knees bent.

Tighten your core as you bend your hips, keeping your lower back straight and the bar close to your hips. Move your butt back as you lower the weight, and lean backward a little. Keep your lower back perfectly straight, and lower the weight to about knee level. Keep the bar close to your legs as you lift back up.
Repeat as desired.
