Brazilian Human Barbie Says Her Doll-Like Look Frightens People
At 23, Andressa Damiani has received mixed reactions from strangers as they observe her 20-inch waist and size 32F bust. The beauty, nicknamed The Brazilian Human Barbie, claims that every inch of her body is real and she has never gone under the knife to achieve her look.
Her shock of platinum blonde hair and a set of cerulean blue contacts helped Andressa rise to fame as many people compare her features to Elsa from Disney's Frozen (a movie beloved by little girls everywhere). Her stunningly doll-like proportions have also drawn a lot of attention.
"People don't believe me when I say I have never had any plastic surgery and they think I starve myself because I'm so thin. They call me a liar." Andressa explains. "I've also had strangers tell me they are disgusted to look at my face and they fear me when they see me walking past. People run away when they see me."

She claims that since she was a child she has possessed this doll-like look and has only enhanced it with makeup.
Andressa, who works as a veterinary assistant, says she has never dieted to become a certain size and only exercises when she walks her dogs. Despite criticism, she has found support online through fans of her YouTube channel.
By making videos, Andress hopes to spread this message: "I want to show the world that everyone can be a doll. You don't have to be skinny or blonde - just create your own look and be happy. Looking like a human doll has helped my self-esteem. Feeling pretty and confident is important and not as futile as some may think. I feel pretty this way."
Her internet fame as lead Andressa to befriend other Human Barbies across the globe, including Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova and Russian model Angelica Kenova. Andressa says that they are friendly and sweet girls who have supported her on her journey to self-acceptance.
