Hi BodyRockers! I have another Butt workout for you all to give a go! Hopefully it will help you feel great in your skinny jeans this Fall, and if you don't wear skinny jeans it will help you feel great in whatever you love to wear ;) In this workout you will feeling the burn in your backside so chase that burn for best results! I suggest you complete 4 sets as this is more of weight training workout to tighten and tone your glutes and hamstrings.

The Workout:

Set your GymBoss Timer for 7 rounds of 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 4 times! Make sure you do a 10 minute warm up!!   Exercises
  1. Kickbacks
  2. Kickbacks, other leg
  3. DB glute bridges
  4. DB or Kettle swings
  5. Single leg deadlift
  6. Single leg deadlift, other leg
  7. Deadlift burpees
