Bye Bye Cellulite

I have always had cellulite no matter what. Even when I was active as an early teenager I could see the dimples on my thighs and calves. I thought that if I started lifting weights and running it would eventually go away, but its always stayed. During the past 3 weeks however, I have seen a huge improvement in the visibility of my cellulite and I am very excited about it. I haven't done anything differently diet-wise because I eat consistently throughout the year but the change in my workout pattern has shown some great improvement. Just stick with it and you will get what you put in and then some. I really like working out with my trainer because she incorporates the active rest into the routine. This keeps your heart rate up and pace moving faster. I did have to modify the lunge sequence because I don't have a dip station but I did over exaggerate the movement and focus on my balance. Food Food Food:
  • Grits and Eggs for breakfast
  • Apple and Almonds
  • Greek inspired Sandwich that my roommate made
  • Low carb Egg white burrito
burrito I may have had to many "carbs" today but I was feeling low on energy. I stayed really active today and I like to power walk at school also. Anyways lovelies, stay motivated and stick with it.
