According to a source, "She really changed all aspects of her life after her transition, including the way she ate. She stopped eating meat almost entirely and started eating more soy products to help decrease the testosterone and increase estrogen,’ the source continued in the US piece. Not that healthy eating and a fit lifestyle are foreign to Jenner, the former Olympian. But she seems to be doing the right things as she's apparently also working with a nutritionist who specializes in transgender clients. No doubt to me that Jenner is on this diet so she can have the body she's always wanted to have. Sounds like the same reason I do it. Sounds like the same reason any of us do it. Of course this isn't all serious business and Jenner seems to be getting a giggle in there now and then. While playing tennis, Jenner learned something many of us know all too well -- the difficulties of containing one's breasts. She said, "Now I know why girls need a sports bra." She knows there is a learning process here explaining that now, all of a sudden, she has become "the authority on hair and make-up." What is so great about all this Jenner coverage is that she truly looks happy. When was the last time you saw Bruce look this happy? I don't think I ever really did. Jenner has had the benefit of a loving and supportive family. For example, Jenner's mother had this to say: "My first feeling was: I lost my son. Then I thought: You know what? I'm gaining!" Amen, mom. Amen. What do you think? Is Caitlyn Jenner showing true signs of happiness and stepping into her feminine curves? h/t: Daily Mail Do you follow us on Instagram?
