Can An Ordinary Fella Go From Chunky To Hunky In Just 12 Weeks?

In the new year, many of us are looking to start over. We want to hit the reset button. We want to go back to the bodies we used to have or build the ones we've always wanted. We have high hopes and the best intentions. To prove that it is possible, and not nearly as difficult as you might imagine, 25-year-old Ted Lane set out to transform his beer belly into a stellar six-pack. Lane works for Men's Health Magazine and in just 12 weeks, totally changed his body and his health! hunky Lane says he was a  'student athlete turned dadbod-toting desk jockey.' His health and fitness testing backed this up. His testing found that he had the metabolism of a 40-year-old. To correct this, he had to overhaul his entire lifestyle. hunky2 [bctt tweet="Can An Ordinary Fella Go From Chunky To Hunky In Just 12 Weeks?"] He worked out 5 times a week and adopted a diet high in protein and fresh vegetables. To supplement his training sessions, Lane did Pilates classes and went running on Saturday mornings. hunky3 Before this transformation, Lane displayed markers of metabolic syndrome -- a host of illnesses that include diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Now, his health has been restored. The damage done to his liver and kidneys by sugar and alcohol consumption, has been completely reversed, eliminating the risk of diabetes. When talking about these lifestyle changes Lane says "this is not a fad fitness plan but the start of lifelong improvements." The results are nothing short of amazing. 12 weeks and 60 workouts was all it took. When you look at it that way, it feels much more manageable doesn't it? The work is hard, but it isn't impossible. How are you planning to transform your body in 2016?
