Many people would agree that wheat bread is a staple food. Unfortunately, the bread that is sold in the stores today include refined wheat, which in return has stripped most of our nutrients and most of the fiber out of the bread. Refined wheat can also cause a spike in blood sugar and it is loaded with calories. Numerous brands will claim that their bread is made from whole wheat, but it is typically pulverized grains.

Many people are intolerant to gluten which is a protein found in wheat.  These people usually have a gluten sensitivity or have Celiac disease and must stay away from wheat bread all together.

It may be a struggle if you're one of those people who can't live without bread. There are 5 easy and delectable bread recipes that you can follow so you can still have your bread.

Number One: Oopsie Bread

Oopsie Bread is one of the most popular breads that is low card. It’s gluten-free as well!

This bread can be made from salt, cream cheese, and eggs. Oopsie bread is commonly used as a replacement for those who try to avoid wheat bread.

Number Two: Ezekiel bread

Ezekiel bread is one of the most healthiest breads that you can eat. It is made with numerous sprouted grains, as well as lentils, soybeans, spelt, barley, millet, wheat, and legumes. These grains have sprouted before processing. Therefore, they will have less of antinutrients, that would otherwise be harmful.

This bread is easier to digest and very nutritious. Ezekiel bread has no added sugar. It does have gluten, so if you have Celiac Disease, this bread is not an option for you.

Number Three: Corn Tortillas

Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free and they are high in fiber – double bonus! Use these corn tortillas for pizzas, burgers, wraps, and even sandwiches. To make these by yourself, all you need is a flour called “Masa Harina” and some water.

Number Four: Sweet Potato or Butternut Squash Flatbread

These flatbread options are mouth-watering and are a great grain-free alternative.The flatbread is a good choice for those who avoid grains, but are missing their sandwiches.

Number Five: Cauliflower Brea

Cauliflower breaded anything is becoming increasingly popular. You can make pizza and bread from it, among other things.

All you need is a head of cauliflower, some spices, eggs, and cheese.

This is a delicious alternative for those who are gluten-free, as well as for those who are cutting carbs and calories.

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
