Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge - Day 7

Hi BodyRockers,

Rita is back again for Day 7 and has lots of skipping for you today and a great pep talk about being grateful for what you have!

She's using the sandbag as well as body weight in this routine. It's only 3 moves along with the skipping so it is very easy to remember and stay on track.
