Todays Rest Day Motivation -
When you can't be bothered & you decide its another ''rest day'' or you will start ''monday'' -
I want you to just stop & ask yourself this ....
'' How badly do you want it ?? '' ... yes I know - some days are hard, and the weather sucks this time of year .. & no, it's defiantly not going to happen overnight or with some magic pill - but it DOES happen - but only if you KEEP GOING & putting it in everyday.
It's only January !! & while its sh*t weather why not get sweaty & put some time into yourself -
So my question to you today is this ..
How badly do you want it ???
If this question fills you with determination & power & makes your picture that goal you want more than anything .... then you are still in the game & you defiantly want it badly enough to not let yourself down & eat the wrong things that don't support that goal.
