When you've eaten the last time with pleasure and rest? It's much nicer to eat at a beautifully set table. The concentration on food is filling longer. It tastes better in society to eat. Take the time to eat in rest. We are three persons at home. Here are our dining rules: 1. All phones on the windowsill. Let them ring or issue it. 2. The TV is off. 3. All cover the table. 4. Use nice dishes, glasses and cutlery (nothing from plastic). 5. Everybody tells something about its day. Sounds curious? This is one favorite part of our all day. Our time together is scarce but common food connect us. It relaxes me. I enjoy my food. My eating volumes becomes smaller.
