I know it’s hard not to envy the bodies we see in the movies and on TV, but sometimes stars go to great —and unhealthy—lengths to maintain their coveted physiques. From an A-list actress who stuffed herself with baby food to another who swears by the slimming powers of Placenta Pills these are just a few of the ways celebrities have tried to lose weight.
I'm no one to judge but I think that we 'normal girls and guys' look pretty darn good without all the crazy diets and Photoshop that involves looking like a celebrity.
I believe in a healthy lifestyle full of good healthy foods, exercise, sleep and laughter.
Live your life fully. Give yourself a pat on the back for having a better 6 pack than Jennifer Aniston and no baby food inhaled.

What are you complaining about? You look fantastic and I am sure as hell the lengths you go to are not even remotely as crazy as these celebrities. Thank goodness for Lisa she looks amazing and all she does is eat well and exercises now that's a sample to follow.
