Bikini Prep Arm & Ab Challenge #2

Good Morning Everyone, Well it's the first morning the sun hasn't come out in Toronto I have been told today - so I am thinking that Autumn is on the way - but don't let that get you down - it's just another reason to train harder ready for the new year, we have a few months left of 2013 and believe me - if Kaz can change her WHOLE body & dress size in as little as 10 days ... ( btw - You can follow my best friend Kaz & her weight loss struggles - Here & Pt 1 - Here &  Pt 2 - Here ) - Imagine what you can achieve in a few months is you start with me today !! NO EXCUSES just 100% Commitment & Focus. By next summer that killer body you already have - will be sooooo out of this world you will be so glad you trained while there was nothing else to do but watch the winter pass you by - let the winter months now be your prep months instead of the ''ill train in the new year'' excuse .... this time get on your A Game, and make a positive change to kick the winter blues into touch by creating a new you every single god dam day - until that bikini is once again pulled out of the closet & you feel the best you could possibly feel as you grafted away in the dark cold months while everyone else comfort ate. No more January starts in my camp .... the winter is our prep time for the main event :) If the weather is getting colder outside where you are then we will just have to warm up the inside by adding some more bonus exercises to or day ;) - I've got your back - todays is a killer. Here are the challenges we have done so far :- 30 Awesome Workouts & Bonus Workout Challenges - Here Bonus Ab Challenge #1 - Here Today's Workout Challenge Breakdown: Screen Shot 2013-09-15 at 3.38.04 PM Set Your Screen Shot 2013-08-17 at 8.22.17 PM  to a Stop Watch and complete 50 reps of the following exercise (25 each knee you tuck in) as quickly as possible, but never compromise on form. You can use your  Ugi Ball or Equalizer  or Dip Station Elevated Push Up & Knee Tuck -  50 Reps Total - using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 9.25.47 PM (or find something to balance on) Post Your time below & don't forget to HIIT the 'Like' button if you love the extra Bonus Challenges, so I know to keep them coming.
