Chia Seed Protein Pudding

    I have to share my favorite post- workout re-fuel snack with you because not only it’s healthy, it’s absolutely delicious!    Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop whey isolate (why? Because its fast break down protein)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • ¼ cup berries (can use other fruits like banana and even dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
Directions:
  • mix all the ingredients together
  • leave in the fridge (the longer the better)
Nutritional Facts (keep in mind this will change depending on what ingredients you use):
  • 30g protein
  • 8 g carbs
  • 6 g fat
  • 4g sugar
