Chicken Salad to go

Salad is one my favorite foods. This one is made for a picnic; it’s all in what my family wishes. Serves: 8 you need: 8 chicken legs 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons sea salt 2 teaspoons paprika spice 1 teaspoon chili powder 4 tablespoons oil 1 onion 3 tablespoons peanut cream 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 big lettuce4 tomatoes 3 bars leek 4 tablespoons corn 1 celery Mix oil, cayenne pepper, sea salt, paprika spice and chili powder. Wash the chicken legs and dry. Daub the chicken legs with the spice mixture. Bake them 60 minutes at 356°F. Let them cool. Peel the celery and cut in fine stripes. Cut the lettuce, tomatoes and leek. Enter all in a bowl with corn. Peel the onion and cut in fine stripes. Tear the chicken legs in small pieces. Roast them in a pan with onion and tomato paste. Stir the peanut cream below, if the chicken crispy. Place it on the salad. Enjoy! Please let me know how it tasted.
