My Chocolate Banana Pancakes
The protein pancake: my very own personal favourite breakfast, and a sneaky way to get in some additional muscle-building goodness at the start of the day. There are many variations of 'the protein pancake' in existence, and most require some sort of protein powder. I had created this recipe a couple years back, sort of by accident, and it remains one of my go-to breakfasts to this day. I have a couple friends that either have trouble digesting powders, or are trying to abstain from them altogether. This recipe is the perfect solution! They are sweet, moist, and dense: tastes a whole lot like eating chocolate cake for breakfast :) I usually top mine with peanut butter and sugar-free syrup to make it all the more decadent, yet I don't feel a shred of guilt ;)
