Hey Bodyrockers, Here is how I curb my sugar craving and indulge my sweet tooth at the same time ;) with Chocolatey Balls of Awesomeness!!! Ingredients: 1 cup of pitted dates 7 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil 1/4 cup orange juice 3 tablespoons raw honey 2 cups almond meal Shredded coconut (optional) Procedure: Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes. Put the dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, orange juice and honey into a food processor. Mix until the dates are well blended. Add the almond meal gradually until the consistency of the mixture is firm enough that you can roll it into small balls. Coat chocolatey balls of awesomeness in shredded coconut or extra cocoa and refrigerate. Administer: Take 1 - 2 balls during a sugar attack. If cravings persist, consult bodyrockers for further advice. Caution: Non-bodyrockers may not believe these Chocolatey Balls of Awesomeness are healthy as they are so rich and delicious.
