ChocoPeanutBerry Post-Workout Smoothie
This combination may sound a bit odd, but it is absolutely tasty-promise! With its chocolatey, peanut buttery, and blueberry flavors, it is totally hard to resist.
Filled with antioxidants and protein, this also makes a great post workout shake!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 TSP flax seeds
- 1 Cup of Ice
