ChocoPeanutBerry Post-Workout Smoothie

This combination may sound a bit odd, but it is absolutely tasty-promise! With its chocolatey, peanut buttery, and blueberry flavors, it is totally hard to resist. Filled with antioxidants and protein, this also makes a great post workout shake! Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 TSP flax seeds
  • 1 Cup of Ice
