Why Chris Pratt Warns He Might Return to Being "Fat"

Despite Chris's amazing buffed out physique for his new movie role, once the heat dies down he revealed that pizza will be calling his name. Chris Pratt has suddenly become a sought-after actor after years of not scratching the stardom surface. He is now starring in Jurassic World, the blockbuster of the summer. Chris told Men's Health what it took to go from, well, out of shape to the best shape of his life. "As an actor, I can't have proper mental prep without proper physical prep. Even though I knew it deep inside, it look me a long time to realize how getting physically sharp helps me get ready for other things in my life." says Chris. Chris has certainly made a turn around, and is committed to working out. He trains with bodybuilding style workouts: cardio, swimming, mountain biking and calisthenics. His trainer, Duffy Gaver, was wowed by Chris's extreme intensity and enthusiasm in the gym. He confesses that he really does enjoy working out for the health and wellness aspects, but he admits that life gets in the way and he could easily fall off the wagon. "My wife, [Anna Faris], wants a pizza oven — she’s going to learn how to bake bread, and I’m going to eat it," he confesses. While, Chris may not return to his former heaviness after dropping a whopping 60 pounds in 6 months, he is looking forward to indulging when the pressure is off. What do you think of Chris's total transformation? Do you think he can find a balance of pizza and fitness?
