Christina Milian's Diet And Fitness Regimen: A Day In The Life

Christina Milian has a perfect diet philosophy: “When your stomach feels full, do not eat past that,” she says. This approach to eating, coupled with her fitness routine, is clearly a winning combination. Milian reports that she tries to stay below a certain number of calories a day and makes sure her energy levels remain high by eating properly. Another key element to her diet is drinking water. “I try to drink close to a gallon of water a day,” she says. “Hydration is how I keep my skin clear and my body energized throughout the day.” As for her workouts, she does a combination of things. Milian works out 6 days a week spending time both at the gym and outdoors. When busting a sweat at the gym, she does so for 30 minutes incorporating a variety of exercises like running, lunges and squats. She relies equally, as we all should, on cardio and strength training. When outdoors, Milian likes to hike. She says, "I know it's going to keep my heart rate going up and down.
