Kaia, at only 13, has been getting a lot of media attention for becoming the spitting image of her stunning mom.
But at 49, Cindy is still looking at the top of her game. The radiant beauty attributes her ageless face to keeping hydrated and avoiding packaged, processed foods. She tries to make 4 out of every 5 meals she eats completely healthy, leaving a little room for indulging.
As for fitness, Cindy keeps up her iconic figure with circuit training. She does cardio, weights, lunges and squats accompanied by her personal trainer. She also likes getting out and enjoying a bike ride or hike with her husband or her daughter.
"I don’t smoke, I have exercised for over 25 years, I use sunscreen, and take care of my skin." she tells Shape. "But probably the most important thing is to be living your life with gratitude. When you are grateful, you can’t help being happy."
