Cleaned up "Iced Cap"
The Tim Horton's 'Iced Cap' drink is a favourite Canadian summertime (and year round) treat. As tasty and delicious as they are, a regular iced cap contains whole milk and a ton of sugar. They allow you the option of reduced fat milk, although it still contains the regular full-sugar syrup for flavour. Well I'm here to show you how you can enjoy one in the comfort of your own home- AND it's nutritious! While you can allow yourself the occasional indulgence for the real deal, you may not want to after you try this :)
Cleaned up "Iced Cap"
1 scoop Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro Protein Powder in Chocolate Love
200 mls water (can use milk if desired)
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 packet instant coffee (i.e. Starbucks VIA)
Dash of cinnamon, Splenda/Stevia to taste
*Blend all ingredients a blender/food processor until well-blended and smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
