Coconut Whipped Cream Stuffed Strawberries
Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I have a yummy, guilt-free treat to indulge your sweet tooth-without sacrificing all of your hard hiiting! Whether its for this special holiday, a party appetizer, or just a little treat for yourself, it's guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.
These 3 ingredient strawberries are stuffed with coconut whipped cream which makes this recipe 100% Paleo.
Ingredients
- 20 strawberries
- 1 can Thai Kitchen's coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and scoop out the center & tops. Set aside
- To make the coconut whipped cream, you will need one can of Thai's Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk. Place the can in the fridge to chill overnight. The fat will float to the top! Scoop the creamy part out of the can and into a bowl.
- Whisk the cream together with some vanilla extract to make it fluffy.
- Stuff each strawberry!
