I love coleslaw, but if you buy one here in germany, it is with sugar and unhealthy additives. 
So I decided to create my own coleslaw.
Serves: 8
You`ll need: 1 white cabbage 2 carrots 1 onion 1 tablespoon sea salt 1 tablespoon white pepper 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon xylitol or honey 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoon vinegar 6 tablespoon greek yogurtCut the cabbage with a grater into fine stripe. Peel the carrots and the onion and cut it with the grater. Give it all in bowl and spice with salt, pepper,cumin and xylitol or honey. Mix the mustard,vinegar and greek yogurt in a seperate small bowl, until a smooth mass. Give it to the vegetables and stir well. Let it brew for 3 hours in the fridge.I like grilled chicken parts with it. Remembers me to unhealthy fast food times.
