What The Colour Of Your Pee Has To Say About Your Health
It isn't the most appealing thing to think about but the colour of your urine could tell you an awful lot about your health.
Have a look at this infographic from Women's Health to see what we mean:
There are things other than colour you should be watching for as well. If there are foamy bubbles in your urine, it can be a sign that there is protein in your stream which can indicate early kidney disease. If there is an odor you are worried about, keep in mind that it could be related to food (asparagus, garlic, coffee) or medications. But if it is smelling very sweet, it could mean diabetes. If it is smelling really rank -- like pond scum rank -- it may be a sign of a UTI.
When in doubt, go check it out with your doctor.
Is this going to make you check the toilet before you flush?
