Couples Who Make Love THIS Often Are Happier And Healthier
The formula for an awesome relationship factors in how frequently you get busy between the sheets. Many people assume that having s*x as much as physically possible is the answer to a great bond, but interestingly enough that is not the case.
A recent study published in Social Psychology and Personality Science followed over 25,000 Americans, two thirds of whom were in long term relationships or married. The study did conclude that over a two year period, those who were having more s*x were happier. But the degree in which couples were making love that resulted in the highest level of happiness was...once a week.

Yes, the happiest and healthiest relationships were between those couples that got it on just once a week. Making love more frequently than that did not increase their bond or make them happier, but making love less frequently did result in a drop in happiness and satisfaction.
Whatever feels natural and meets the needs of you and your partner is the amount of s*x you should be having, but it is good to know that if you go a few days without a session, it doesn't mean your relationship is headed to Doomsville. It's okay to relax and not stress about meeting a certain "s*x quota" each week.
What do you consider a healthy s*x life? How often do you get it on?
