CrossFit Style Fat Incinerating Workout

CrossFit has an increasing popularity among people for its high intensity fat burning properties.

This is an explosive workout that is both fun and challenging.  You will complete 1o sets of this workout decreasing reps by 1 every set (ex: 10, 9, 8...).

1. Vertical Wall Leap (Stand near a wall and jump and touch the highest point you can)

2. Sprint for 20 seconds

3. Jump Lunges (Do a lunge but jump and switch legs in the air)

4. High Knees

5. Tuck Jumps
