.. . . Curried Vegetable Soup: . Want to cook a meal in 15 minutes, which is healthy & delicious? . Try this: Serves: 6 , Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 10 oz chickpeas
  • 1 romanesco
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • salt & pepper
. Directions: Chop romanesco & cauliflower into florets. Peel carrots & cut into fine stripes. Dice red onion. Heat coconut oil in a pot, give all vegetables into & roast. Spice up with salt and pepper. Give coconut milk, chopped ginger, Tahini & curry powder into. Let all cook for 10 minutes. You can replace the cauliflower by broccoli. . Enjoy! ..
