Daily Burnout #1 - Ass, Leg's & Thighs
Hi Everyone, Happy Monday.
It's a new week, this week I want you to make a conscious effort to try your best to be positive, pro-active & motivated. Keep your diet tight & really do your best to do all the things you know you should be doing. On friday I want you to be really be proud of yourself for completing a whole week of positive progress.
So, with this in mind - To keep you on track I have made a Daily Burnout 10 Day Challenge while here in Spain. Try or add these to your daily routine & get some weight involved to really push yourself hard.
In today's Daily Burnout Challenge #1 we are working our Ass, Leg's & Thigh's.

Workout Breakdown:
Set Your Interval Timers to 8 rounds of 1.00/1.00 as below. I will be using my Sandbag Today filled with stones. See My Sandbag Filler - Here.
Complete as many rep's of the following exercise's before the minute is up:
2. Wide Leg Squats - using the
3. Lunge Left - using the
4. Lunge Right - using the
5. Left Leg Step Knee Ups - using the
6. Right Leg Step Knee Ups - using the
7. Squat & Side Oblique Lift - using the
8. Squat & Press - (Wide Leg & Hip Distance Alternate) - using the
- Try for 2 rounds (break between each set of 8 for a quick water stop. Don't forget to write down your scores below if you can between set's.)
- Don't have equipment ? - There are ideas HERE that you can use in your own home.
