Star Burpee, Surfboard Jumps 5. Split Lunge Kick Ups 6. Drop It Like Its Hot - using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 7.20.26 PM or Sandbag 7. 10 x Mountain Climbers & Roll 8. Floor Jumps 9. Squat & Star Jump 10. Push-Up Clean & Press - using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 7.20.26 PM or Sandbag 11. Toe Touch Jumps 12. Split Lunge & Press - using the Screen Shot 2013-07-28 at 7.20.26 PM or Sandbag   - Try for 2 rounds (break between each set of 12 for a quick water stop.
