Daily Burnout #5 - Back & Shoulders
Hello Everyone,
So we have done the following 4 workouts so far -
1. Daily Burnout #1 - Ass, Leg's & Thighs
2. Daily Burnout #2 - Arms & Chest
3. Daily Burnout #3 - Rock Hard Abs
4. Daily Burnout #4 - Total Body Cardio
Today's Daily Burnout #5 is all about Back & Shoulders. I really need you to work on each move keeping good form & try to lift some weight that will push you, you can always lower it if you need to.

Workout Breakdown:
Set Your Interval Timers to 10 seconds rest & 50 Seconds work. Complete 4 rounds of the following circuit.
I will be using my Sandbag & the Equalizer

Complete as many rep's of the following exercise's before the 50 seconds is up:
1. Left Arm Row - using the
2. Right Arm Row - using the
3. L - Front, Side Lift - Left & Right Alternate
4. Straight Punches
5. Reverse Push-Up's - Using the
6. Push-Up & Row, Burpee, Clean & Press
- Try to complete all 6 exercises. For 4 rounds. ( Don't forget to write down your scores below.)
- Don't have equipment ? - There are ideas HERE that you can use in your own home.
