Daily Burnout #7 - Full Body Weighted Burnout
Hello Everyone,
I Frigging LOVE this workout ..... as you can see from the picture in the gallery its been well done many many times ... this is the 5th time its travelled with me & now it's time to let it go ... I know it sounds silly but when I re write them they don't have the same appeal. It's like the original circuit holds some kind of magic that cannot be replaced. So I hope it brings you as much joy as it has me.
I had a problem with filming today as my camara over heated in the 40'c ... but that will not stop me bringing you todays burnout !!
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SO MUCH !!! eeaakkk
I really hope you try this as honestly it's a great Full Body Muscle Burnout.
