Modifications:- Regular free weights instead of kettle sandbells
- I used a hefty dictionary as my box
- Other than that, unless you count wobbling, no modifications.
- Pro-tip: make sure the video loads a bit before you play it, you DO NOT want it to freeze and be so in the zone that you just high-knee for another full minute.



THOUGHTS:
- Although it was incredibly hard not to tear into my sister’s brownie sundae – seriously, I almost took a picture of what I didn’t eat, it looked that good – I feel very accomplished for sticking with a pretty healthy choice for dinner, and for exercising my self-control.
- Blue Lagoon and Tropicalia tea (both from David’s tea) are AMAZING when mixed with coconut rum.
