If your children are younger or you are in stress with time exchange the sticks by toothpicks. Serves 2
ALL YOU NEED: 4 skewer 5 oz chicken breast 3 tablespoons shredded coconut 14 mushrooms ½ onion ½ green pepper 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter 4 tablespoons coconut milk ½ spring onion 3 slices ginger salt pepper chili powder
Dice the chicken breast and flavor with salt, chili powder and pepper. Fry it until golden brown. Let it cool. Share the skewer in the middle. Dice the green pepper. Put 1 dice chicken breast, 1 mushroom, 1 dice pepper on it. Repeat until all skewers are fully. Chop the spring onion and the ginger. Put peanut butter, spring onion, ginger and coconut in a pot. Heat it gently with constant stirring.
Set it in the lunchbox for example as in the photo.
