Day 7: One week in and feeling great (Natalie)

Today is day 7, one week in already! I can't believe how fast it's gone. If you're new to The Daily Hiit have you noticed any improvements yet? Even just small ones? I've noticed a big improvement in my attitude, I feel so much happier and full of energy. Working out does that for you, it's an amazing mood enhancer. I woke up today feeling excited to complete the one week in workout, and absolutely loved it. I found that the fronts of my shoulders were really aching from yesterday's power pushups, and that made doing todays pushups pretty hard, but I managed it. I pushed myself and got there. I loved the single deadlifts because I really enjoy things that test my balance at the same time as working out. These are hard, but keep trying, you will get there. This was a really good workout and I'm so happy to have made it to day 7.  We are 1/4 of the way there. You've reached this far so you are doing fantastically well! Yes your body (like mine) is probably aching, but that's a good sign. It means you are working hard and that you are going to see improvements. Keep going. pain I ate well again today: Breakfast: Porridge Lunch: Avocado, hard boiled eggs and cucumber salad Dinner: Beef stew (obviously without dumplings) I'm happy with how I ate today, although I definitely missed having a smoothie. I am off to make one for tomorrow now. If you didn't eat very well today don't worry, just pick back up where you left off with the healthy eating and get right back on track. Don't let one day of bad food make you fall off the challenge. You can do it, and you will be really pleased with yourself when you complete it.   Keep pushing everyone. Don't give up.
