Why Your Day Needs Lemon Water #4: Lead to Weight Loss

Want to shed a few more pounds every week or month? It may be time to consider drinking lemon water as your "ideal" supplement! A study conducted in Korea discovered that the a 7-day lemon detox diet helped premenopausal women to lose more weight than women not on the same diet. The subjects were examined and their measurements taken (weight, BMI, Waist to hip ratio, and body fat %). All of the women lost weight while on the reduced calorie diet, but the women on the lemon detox diet saw "significantly higher" results than the others. The reduction of their trunk/total fat ratio was particularly noticeable. Thanks to the lemon juice, women were not only able to lose weight, but they noticed significant detoxic effects. While warm lemon water isn't as potent as the lemon juice detox, the effects--while less noticeable--will still be there for those who have a few glasses a day!
