Day 25! We are so close to the end of the challenge now! I hope you are all still giving every workout (and every meal) 100%. As I'm not keen on the dance cardio workouts, I decided to combine the day 25 yoga flow with the day 27 workout, because when I combined a workout with the yoga a few days ago it felt amazing...and I woke up the following day without any muscle aches! This workout was insane! It worked me so hard and I loved it! My favourite exercise was the low step backs because I felt them the most...and it felt so good. My legs are one of the areas that I struggle to lose fat from so anything that really focuses on this area is great! I loved the power blumpkin walk too...and what a name! I found it quite funny at first, but the way it made my arms feel was no laughing matter. The yoga completed this workout for me, and it was great to learn a new yoga move that I can do in my own time. Today was hard work but I loved it! Just because you find something difficult that doesn't give you an excuse to quit. I love things that push me to be better than I am because I know that if I'm struggling with something that it is improving me. One of the best feelings ever is when you manage to do something that a few weeks or months ago you couldn't do, and that is what working out is all about. It's not going to be easy, but I promise you it will be worth it. When the challenge is over continue to push yourself in all of your workouts and in a few months you will be able to look back and feel immensely proud of what you have achieved. I've eaten amazingly well today: Breakfast: Porridge Lunch: Baked eggs in avocado (I will be posting the recipe soon) Dinner: Tuna stuffed pepper (I would post the recipe, but it didn't actually taste anything like I had hoped) I love baked eggs in avocado and haven't had them in ages, and today I remembered just how delicious they are! I used to have them for breakfast (before I fell deeply in love with porridge) and I think they will be making a comeback for me. Just a few days left until we complete the challenge guys. Give it all you've got. Don't be a quitter.
